AVAILABILITY:
The Hall may be booked during the following hours:
Monday to Thursday - 7:00am to 10.00pm
Friday - 7:00am to 11.00pm
Saturday - 8.00am to 11.00pm
Sunday - 8.00am to 10.00pm
ENTERTAINMENT:
Entertainment is only allowed until the following times.
Until 9.30pm Sunday to Thursday
Until 10.30pm Friday to Saturday.
The exception is New Years Eve when it is allowed until 12:30am.
HIRE RATES
Hire rates cover use of the Hall, garden, kitchen and lavatories, consumables (excluding tea, coffee and any items belonging to other users). Please note that tea towels are not provided
Hire Rates up to and including 31st August 2023
Hire Rates from 1st September 2023 onwards
The Committee work hard to minimise increases in our hire rates. However, the current level of inflation means that it has become necessary to increase our hire rates with effect from 1st September 2023.
SURCHARGES:
A surcharge of £5.00 will be levied for the use of bouncy castles or similar and this is at Hirer’s own risk.
DEPOSIT:
Daytime Hire Deposit - £40.00
Evening Hire Deposit - £100.00
STORAGE:
For regular club Hirers, limited storage may be made available in the common storage room at the side of the main hall at the discretion of the Trustees. A small annual fee may be charged for this facility, depending on the equipment being stored. Abuse of this privilege may lead to its withdrawal from clubs or, additional charges being imposed.
CANCELLATIONS:
Bookings cancelled within 28 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the hiring fee. Bookings cancelled within 14 days of the event will forfeit 100% of the hiring fee unless, in both cases, the hall is relet.
