To apply for a booking of Smisby Village Hall:
1. Read the Village Hall Terms and Conditions of Hire
2. Contact our booking clerk with any questions you may have or if you wish to check availability of a particular date.
2. Download, print and complete the Booking Form from the link at the bottom of this page.
3. Email the completed form to our bookings clerk (contact details are on the booking form).
4. Pay the hire charge and damage deposit (our bank details are on the booking form).
5. Our booking clerk will confirm whether your booking has been accepted.
